Polaris General RZR suspension swap kit. 64" or 72" width *Free Shipping*

This is a "Builders Kit" to convert your 2 or 4 seat General to RZR XP1000 or XP Turbo trailing arm suspension. No mods are needed to convert the front susp. to 64" RZR XP. Your choice to use standard 64" width RZR or 72" RZR S components. For 72", you need to use ORB long travel A-arms or relocate one of the tabs on the frame.

Detailed instructions with dimensions and pics. included to help with the conversion.

64" width can fit up to 32" tires with forward offset arms. 

72" width can fit 35" tires with forward offset arms.

Adds more travel and about 4" more wheelbase.

This install kit will require skilled fabrication, layout and welding skills.

Some additional materials will be needed and varies on how you decide to clearance and reinforce the frame section and hoops.

Parts in the kit:

-Shock hoops

-Upper shock brackets and gussets

-Driver and pass. forward trailing arm plates

-Trailing arm brackets 

- Frame stiffeners

-Driver and pass seat frame supports

-Rear radius rod plate with side gussets to weld to the frame

-Driver and passenger side rocker reinforcement tubes

XP1000, XP Turbo or Turbo S parts needed to complete:

*Front items:

Hubs, rotors, calipers, axles, tie-rods, knuckles, A-arms, shocks.

*If converting a General XP using 64" RZR trailing arms, you will not need to change anything up front.

*Rear items :

Hubs, rotors, calipers, brake lines, axles, trailing arms, radius rods and plate, shocks and 5' piece of 1-1/2" x .120" tube, (4) M12 threaded bungs for the radius plate mount.
